Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating and securing new sales opportunities to increase profitability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties will include:
- Promote and sell our products to customers;
- Provide excellent customer service and support;
- Analyze customer needs and make recommendations on products;
- Prepare and deliver quotes, contracts, and other documents as needed;
- Maintain accurate records and reports;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products;
The successful candidate will have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry;
- Excellent knowledge of building materials and products;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
This role requires frequent travel (50% of the time) and a valid driver's license is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
