Business Development Representative

Business Development Opportunity
United Laboratories, a leading employee-owned company in the chemical industry, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
This is a hybrid B2B position, selling specialty chemical solutions into our key markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with people at the site level, and a proven track record of building rapport with key decision makers at the executive level.
Responsibilities include meeting with customers at their location or office, working from a quiet home office, and managing time effectively to meet sales goals. The right candidate will qualify leads, meet with new perspective customers, and close new business while visiting existing customers to grow their sales.
Requirements include sales experience in a related area, self-motivation, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to prospect by phone or email and ask for referrals.
The successful candidate will have access to a database of qualified leads, paid travel expenses, employee stock ownership, and a full suite of success tools. They will also be eligible for a generous base salary, unlimited commissions, and an annual growth bonus.
