Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead multi-disciplined teams in the design and implementation of stormwater facilities
  • Conduct business development and capture planning for large design projects
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project goals and objectives
  • Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Water Resources or Stormwater Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in stormwater engineering, with a focus on coastal communities
  • Virginia PE License or ability to obtain through comity
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydrodynamic modeling programs
