Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group in Midland, TX. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to newborns and their families in our Level II NICU.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a minimum of a master's degree and current APRN national specialty certification. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also work collaboratively with our Neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the NICU.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients in the NICU.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families in the NICU.
