Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Level II NICU

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns in our Level II NICU.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care to critically ill newborns in our Level II NICU
  • Collaborate with our Neonatologists to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
