Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a high-acuity neonatal care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill neonates in a Level II NICU setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
Qualifications
  • Current APRN national specialty certification in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Recent experience in a high-acuity neonatal care setting.
  • TX license required.
