AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to provide services in a correctional facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders and a strong understanding of Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide clinical interventions, including counseling and education.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with transitional care planning and connect patients with community resources.
- Administer Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders.
- Conduct assessments for patients preparing for release.
- Valid and active California Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license.
- At least 12 consecutive months of experience performing similar services within the last 3 years.
- Required certificates relevant to the assigned specialized area.
The successful candidate will work in a correctional facility setting, providing services to individuals with Substance Use Disorders. The position is a long-term contract, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.
The rate of pay is $2,520 per 40 hours worked.
