Retail Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will assist in planning and executing meetings and special events, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding guest expectations. You will lead the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals, including sales, attendance, guest satisfaction, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing meetings and special events, including researching and analyzing new products, pricing, and services of competition.

- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to promote client satisfaction and quality standards.
- Learn, operate, and train employees on software systems used in events, such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
- Assist in developing working relationships with outside vendors and establishing prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and increase additional revenue opportunities.
- Manage merchandise inventory, enhancing displays to increase sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating an atmosphere that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Empower employees to provide excellent customer service, verify their understanding of expectations, and strive to improve service performance.
- Interview, select, and train employees, appraise their productivity and efficiency, and provide for their safety and security.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales, and marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality or a related major, and 1 year of experience in a related field is also acceptable.
