Key Responsibilities- Develop Product Vision: Create a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the DigitalOcean GenAI platform, focusing on delivering tailored AI applications using features like RAG, fine-tuning, and guardrails.
- Enable GenAI Application Building: Own the end-to-end customer experience for users building AI-powered applications, from model selection to deployment, with a focus on simplifying the process of building and deploying GenAI applications tailored to specific use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive product experience, and manage partnerships with model providers and other innovators in the GenAI ecosystem to enhance the platform.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage product usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform the product roadmap, and use data to optimize user experience, feature development, and business outcomes.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop launch plans and positioning for new features that make GenAI application development easier and more accessible, and continuously monitor key metrics such as user adoption, feature usage, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous iteration and improvement of the platform.
- 4+ years of minimum related experience as a full-time product manager building ML-powered products
- 1+ year of minimum related experience in building GenAI focused products inclusive of, RAG, fine-tuning and/or agent development
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
- Demonstrated success working in technical environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define requirements, and guide projects through critical milestones
- Exhibit strong leadership, organizational, and execution capabilities, paired with excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders and driving results
