Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Manager to lead our production team in the Denver office. The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building relationships and leading talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and grow the production team strategy for the Denver office.
  • Oversee the leadership, management, and growth of the production team, including production managers, superintendents, and trades.
  • Ensure that deadlines and commitments of remodel projects are met.
  • Lead, manage, and hold production managers accountable in weekly meetings and daily huddles.
  • Coach, lead, and support the team to ensure projects start and close on time.
  • Oversee and ensure an extraordinary client experience.
  • Oversee our client survey process.
  • Communicate, conduct site visits during key milestones, and oversee warranties.
  • Work cooperatively with our Lead Senior Designer and design team in construction planning.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager for job starts, forecasting revenue, and PM walk note accuracy.
  • Strategize our trade partner approach, discover and interview new trade partners, and assist in their onboarding.
  • Ensure that jobs are running on budget and responsible for ensuring the collection of accounts receivables.
  • Lead the team through our core values and set the tone for the production team.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in growing and leading a team of construction project managers.
  • 5 or more years of residential construction experience.
  • Construction Management training and degree preferred.
  • Purchasing and estimating experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge with project management software (such as Excel, Buildertrend, and Procore).
  • Experience with customer service and conflict management.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
  • Must have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs in the office or on a job site.

Salary Details

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
