About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Portfolio Operations to join our team. As a key member of our private equity team, you will be responsible for supporting value creation within our portfolio companies and new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our global underwriting and portfolio management processes.
  • Develop independent relationships and thoroughly evaluate opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
  • Support our team members in Europe and Asia, and contribute to a dynamic and energetic work environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a leading institution.
  • 7+ years of total work experience, preferably in a private equity context.
  • Preferred certified accountant with 3+ years of experience in transaction support services.
  • Strong analytical skills and awareness of financial statements and enterprise value within an M&A context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual enthusiasm, and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
