About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Portfolio Operations to join our team. As a key member of our private equity team, you will be responsible for supporting value creation within our portfolio companies and new investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our global underwriting and portfolio management processes.
- Develop independent relationships and thoroughly evaluate opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
- Support our team members in Europe and Asia, and contribute to a dynamic and energetic work environment.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a leading institution.
- 7+ years of total work experience, preferably in a private equity context.
- Preferred certified accountant with 3+ years of experience in transaction support services.
- Strong analytical skills and awareness of financial statements and enterprise value within an M&A context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, intellectual enthusiasm, and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
