Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Product Specialist

At Golub Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President, Product Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating investor marketing materials to support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, updating, and ensuring on-time completion of recurring materials, such as product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts, and internal communications.
  • Collaborating with Product Specialists to create original content and collateral for new strategies and fund structures.
  • Improving content design, packaging, and delivery, optimizing the presentation of information with effectiveness, clarity, and pinpoint accuracy.
  • Analyzing product and investment data for insights to craft and present consistent and clear messaging.
  • Forming relationships with key partners across the Firm to source relevant data and content for marketing materials, investor messaging, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Participating in internal projects that support fundraising needs and firmwide marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of relatable experience in financial services.
  • Understanding of private debt or fixed income is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Seismic strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $150,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.

If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
