Job Summary

CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., the franchisee for Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Service Manager to join our team at our Sioux Falls location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing restaurant operations, including manpower, inventory, and financial management.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly, adhering to company standards and local health department regulations.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a guest-first focus and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Conduct employment activities, including staffing, training, and performance reviews, to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate ordering and efficient usage of food and non-food items.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, including payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, and operating expenses.
  • Attend unit management meetings, make presentations as requested, and meet established objectives during periods of supervision.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate and correct system breakdowns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
