Key Responsibilities

• Perform water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning services as directed by our crew chiefs and managers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify areas requiring restoration and develop effective restoration plans.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers, to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive timely and professional restoration services.
• Collaborate with our team to complete projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods and work at heights up to 12 feet.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
