The position includes supervisory duties, ensuring efficient customer processing, accurate information exchange, and successful appointment and billing processes-emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and supervising Registration staff.

Additionally, the role involves leading assigned projects such as surveys, data collection, report preparation, and presentations. This position is crucial during public health emergencies and may require Saturday work.
