Job Description

In this role, you will work as a vital member of the patient care team at Central Maine Healthcare. Your primary responsibilities include delivering direct and indirect care utilizing the PA/NP scope of practice.

  • You will assess health status, develop and execute interventions collaboratively with the clinical team, and evaluate patient responses.
  • Your duties may be delegated according to your education and practice standard.

A Medical Director will be available to assist and/or supervise you in patient evaluation and management.

Responsibilities
  1. You will serve as the champion of the patient experience, engaging patients with exceptional customer service practices.
  2. Perform physical examinations on patients of all ages, including medical, family, and social history.
  3. Document all patient visits in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
  4. You will perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
  5. Interpret subjective and objective data to formulate a diagnosis and develop treatment plans within your scope of practice.

An estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
