Client Relations Associate

The Client Relations Associate plays a crucial role in managing and fulfilling customer orders while ensuring the safe handling, loading, and delivery of products. This position also involves providing exceptional customer support and operating various equipment for tinting, mixing, and color matching as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for delivery or collection according to established schedules (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Load and unload products from incoming shipments
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures
- Deliver products to customers safely and punctually
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with relevant procedures, rules, and regulations
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained
- Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as necessary
- Follow inventory control procedures and assist with periodic inventory assessments
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, etc.)
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
