Position: Software Applications Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of a variety of software applications including Salesforce, Filenet, SummationPro, Nagios, Jira, Jama, AWS, Azure, Oracle APEX, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Portal, SAP BO, SAP GW, Lotus Notes/Domino, Oracle APEX;
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to implement improvements, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring that testing protocols are effectively managed;
  • Generate detailed documentation for system setup, maintenance, and support processes;
  • Establish roll-back procedures and validation criteria;
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and adeptly resolve system-related issues;
  • Ensure that process controls align with optimal system functionality.
