Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of all installation aspects of underground facilities, including fiber optic interconnects and long hauls

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans, identifying key details and specifications

• Valid Class A CDL, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in software and systems used in the telecommunications industry

• At least 5 years of recent experience in telecom construction, with a strong understanding of project management and team leadership

• Ability to operate all equipment safely and productively, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with crew members, leadership, and clients
