Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and supervising a team of Client Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing payments
  • Supervise a team of Client Service Representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all client interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
