We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at VCA Morris Plains Animal Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading our Client Service Representative team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage the Client Service Representative team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with hospital management to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and hospital efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coverage to ensure seamless hospital operations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Client Service Representative team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and management experience, preferably in a veterinary or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
