Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and manage the Client Service Representative team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with hospital management to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with training and development of Client Service Representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, making recommendations for process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22-$24/hour.
