About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at VCA Morris Plains Animal Hospital. As the face of our hospital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, place outbound calls for follow-ups, and reach out to prospective clients
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments, and recommend products and services
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work closely with the hospital manager to ensure client satisfaction, experiment with new ideas and protocols, and foster a positive connection with clients, team members, and leadership
  • Direct work flow on the floor, assist in the educational development of CSRs, and help with the interview process for potential new hires
