  • Conduct training and in-service trainings as needed to ensure staff and team members are competent in program implementation and documentation.
  • Provide follow-up and reports observations for continued support for individuals and families.
  • Assist in developing procedures for training materials and staff development.
Requirements
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed in the State of New York.
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field (behavioral health).
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
