Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct all aspects of operations, including staffing, revenue, and expense management
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including coaching, training, and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
