Key Responsibilities
The Sales Counter Representative is responsible for:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Facilitating sales transactions efficiently.
  • Advising and promoting products tailored to customer needs.
  • Accurately processing customer returns.
  • Assisting in warehouse operations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in task completion.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
  • The physical capability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfort with using a 6 ft ladder while handling heavy products.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous sales or related experience is preferred, and familiarity with HVAC or parts is a plus. A successful candidate must also pass a drug test and physical examination.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, with hours typically scheduled Monday through Friday, based on business requirements.

Compensation
The starting minimum wage for this position is $20.00 per hour, with the final offer contingent upon experience.
