Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Counter Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in warehouse operations as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, even in fast-paced situations.
  • A strong sense of urgency and efficiency in task execution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
  • The physical capability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfort with using a 6 ft ladder while carrying heavy items.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous sales or related experience is preferred, and knowledge of HVAC or parts is advantageous. A successful candidate must also pass a drug test and physical examination.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with hours determined by business needs.

Compensation and Benefits
TEC offers competitive compensation, starting at a minimum rate of $20.00 per hour, with the potential for higher rates based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, life, and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
