The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with advanced illnesses.

You will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment, and technical procedures, as well as providing health education and referrals to other disciplines.

We are looking for someone who is committed to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawaii's people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment, and technical procedures
  • Provide health education and referrals to other disciplines
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current Hawaii Registered Nurse license
  • Current Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card
  • Two (2) years related experience in nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year advanced practical experience
  • Teaching and/or public speaking experience
