Join LifeBridge Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Brain Health Unit
We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our 40-bed unit. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
