We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our post-acute services.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with medical and psych diagnoses
- Assist with medication management and rehabilitation services
- Engage patients in group activities and one-on-one exercises
