We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as Assistant Residence Manager. As an ARM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, assistance, and training to staff and individuals living in the residence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Collaborate with the Residence Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the residence.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals living in the residence.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a setting for individuals with disabilities.
- Meet LAI's Vehicle Operator Requirements.
Benefits:
- Commensurate salary based on experience.
- 40 hours per week schedule.
