Position Summary:
In the role of Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supervising contracting projects from inception to completion. This position requires collaboration with clients, overseeing project schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and guiding project teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Duties:

Project Development:
Create detailed project plans that encompass timelines, financial estimates, and resource distribution.

Client Engagement:
Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and fostering strong partnerships.

Team Leadership:
Inspire and direct project teams, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance.

Quality Control:
Guarantee that all projects meet stringent quality benchmarks and comply with industry regulations.

Risk Assessment:
Recognize potential challenges and formulate strategies to mitigate them.

Progress Reporting:
Deliver consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in the contracting or construction sector.

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Must possess a reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish
