Job Title: Kitchen Equipment Technician

Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and installing commercial cooking and food preparation equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial cooking equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure accurate identification and ordering of replacement parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work truck, including accurate inventory of tools and parts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial equipment repair or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
