Job Overview

The Hubbell Rotation Program is a three-year program designed for new college graduates to gain accelerated exposure in various financial disciplines. Participants will undergo three rotations across financial disciplines and Hubbell businesses, with flexible assignment based on interests and business needs. This program aims to build financial and business acumen, driving short and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and variance analysis
  • Implement critical financial controls and perform key financial accounting activities
  • Conduct industry and peer market research and benchmarking
  • Communicate strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Valuation analysis and financial modeling
  • Drive insights on manufacturing and operational performance
