Job Title: Electrical Substation Superintendent

At TransForce, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical substations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with our construction teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and review equipment maintenance and repair schedules to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that all electrical systems are designed and installed to meet industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with our subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed to our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical substation operations and maintenance.
  • Valid Class B commercial driver's license.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
