Speech Language Pathologist

At Canyon Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a patient care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, and goal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current licensure and certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
