Speech Language Pathologist Per Diem Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and a strong understanding of speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech and language disorders, including those with augmentative and alternative communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare accurate billing and insurance claims.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Current licensure in Speech Language Pathology in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with pediatric patients.
- Knowledge of speech and language development.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
