Speech Language Pathologist Per Diem Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Spaulding Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of pediatric patients with speech and language challenges, AAC needs, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communicative, and feeding/swallowing skills
- Develop and implement individually-tailored treatment plans
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Prepare accurate billing and documentation
- Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university program
- Licensed in Speech Language Pathology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic skills in math and computer science
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
