Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture client relationships through diverse marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to uncover coverage deficiencies.
  • Promote and sell Commercial Line insurance products.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policy options, eligibility, and coverage specifics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product range, services, and internal processes.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives by following set targets.
  • Contribute to agency growth by driving new business, cross-selling, and embracing innovative initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales.
  • At least 2 years in insurance sales.
  • Possession of a 2-20 Florida P&C License.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at utilizing technology systems.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Occasional travel required; must hold a valid motor vehicle license and insurance coverage.
