Job Description

At Milwaukee Electronics Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products through manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering, and rework capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce quality products with manual assembly processes.
  • Inspect workmanship standards.
  • Test electronic assemblies.
  • Follow quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform work to efficiency and utilization standards.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities.
  • Build products as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Actively participate in work group/team activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Provide input to problem-solving process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Successful completion of IPC Component Identification course and Workmanship standards exam.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
