At Caterpillar, we're committed to creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We're seeking a skilled Lean Facilitator to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. In this role, you'll utilize your problem-solving abilities and LEAN concepts to identify, recommend, and guide projects across the factory, supporting improvements and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support sustainable process improvement by diagnosing complex business problems and providing recommended treatment plans to deliver process improvements through the implementation of LEAN.

Manage project tracing plans, ensuring they are up to date.

Use 6 Sigma and project management methodologies to manage and support projects related to LEAN process transformations.

Lead, coach, teach, and develop others to use the tools and methodologies of LEAN to drive sustained Continuous Improvement.

Plan and execute Kaizen events.

**Requirements:**

**Project Administration:** Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices, and tools for administering projects.

**Interpersonal Relationships:** Knowledge of the techniques and ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

**Process Improvement:** Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintain focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products, and services.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a business or technical curriculum that includes a LEAN curriculum.

LEAN related work experience or internship.

A 6 Sigma Green Belt (through training) and/or have attended training in Agile.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

The ability to influence without direct authority.

An understanding of financials and analytics.

Data management abilities.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
