Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the upgrade process, providing information on available upgrades and pricing options.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and service department to ensure a smooth upgrade process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all upgrade transactions.
  • Coordinate scheduling of upgrades and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues throughout the upgrade process.
  • Remain up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the upgrade process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly upgrade goals set by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
