Job Summary: Thorndale Partners is looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our company's technology operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of all computing and communications technology associated with information technology applications, communications (voice and data) and computing services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all technology infrastructure upgrades (applications, networks, operating systems, databases, cloud solutions, etc.)
• Ensures the availability and responsiveness of the company's communications network meets the goals and requirements of the organization.
• Expert of standard infrastructure components like virtualization, Linux, Windows, Storage, and Network technologies
• Strong background in information security best practices, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response
• Familiarity implementing and maintaining automation and monitoring platforms
• Provide technical leadership in analyzing requirements, architecting, and implementing solutions
• Develop and promote modern architectural approaches that encourage innovation and added value to the business
• Build business cases and present IT recommendations for current and future projects
• Experience with budget planning and forecasting.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Build and lead highly skilled infrastructure teams. Create development plans, training agendas, and performance goals. Perform hiring, performance evaluations and ongoing development of engineering staff.
• Recognize and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed and communicate with the team to find solutions
• Coordinate with suppliers and other groups in designing, planning, installing, reconfiguring, and upgrading enterprise telecommunications equipment and facilities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related Discipline required.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with a record of increasing responsibility. 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Microsoft, Red Hat, or VMWare certifications preferred (MCSE/VCP)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of communicating complex technical issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical peers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary - including nights and weekends
