Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ground Service Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other vehicles, to support the safe and efficient operation of our airport.
- Airport Maintenance: Maintain a clean and secure airport environment, ensuring that all areas are free from hazards and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 18 years of age and 3-6 months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
