Price Erecting is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Construction Project Manager and Estimator. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to estimating, bidding, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities· Enhance sales by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business prospects.
· Develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs based on project specifications.
· Upon project award, assess the required equipment, materials, and workforce, and relay this information to the Superintendent.
· Engage in negotiations with external suppliers regarding pricing and authorize all project-related purchases.
· Collaborate with the accounting team to monitor project expenses, ensuring they remain on track and within budget.
· Maintain open communication with clients to guarantee that each project meets company standards for safety and quality.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications· High School Diploma with some college education preferred.
· At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PC usage, and familiarity with CAD software.
