As a Service Team Specialist - Elite Advisor Group on the Client Service Team at Orion, you will play a critical role in servicing clients and advisors across all products. This includes handling customer service calls, resolving escalated problems, and providing oversight of workflow and email queues to ensure defined service metrics are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned EAG advisors, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Process all daily work across all aspects of servicing EAG advisors and clients, including timely call servicing and account management functions.
  • Ensure work requests are processed with accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and within budget according to defined service level metrics.
  • Analyze team servicing effectiveness and efficiency to make recommendations for continued improvements.
  • Assist with managing vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and ease of use for Orion Portfolio Solutions and its clients.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in financial services.
  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
  • Be able to own and manage relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
