Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for clients and their loved ones at Pet Palace Resort. This role involves answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns regarding our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in all interactions
  • Greet and interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Create and manage customer reservations
  • Conduct facility tours for interested customers
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Handle and walk pets during check-in and check-out
  • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facility to meet our high standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Basic computer software operation skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
