Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide top-notch behavioral health care to patients in a dynamic and innovative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement counseling and therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings.
  • Assess patients and their families, caregivers, and legal representatives to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in case reviews and care conferences to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist with discharge planning and provide referrals to community-based resources to support patients' transition to home or other care settings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD).
