UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. As a Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist, you will provide top-notch behavioral health care to patients in a direct patient care environment.
Responsibilities- Implement counseling/therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings.
- Interview and assess patients, and determine the need for internal and external services/interventions.
- Collaborate with the care team to evaluate progress and develop discharge plans.
- Provide patient education and referrals as needed.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD).
