Business Development Manager for North America and Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team in New York. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing new business opportunities across North America and Europe.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business and drive revenue through multiple channels.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
- Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to influence product roadmap and company strategy.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, upholding its mission, values, and value propositions in all client interactions and industry events.
- At least 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience working on outbound sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
- $140,000 - $160,000 per year salary.
